I find this program really useless! I don't believe that this helps at all. Spyware/malware don't consist only of a normal keylogger, they have many other ways to steal your data.
You can't just install a software that encrypts your keystrokes and believe/hope that your personal information and passwords are safe :)
This program has helped me stopping passwords stealers to steal my data atleast two times. Have also got similar reviews from others. Too bad there's no working fix. :(
Well, that means your system was compromised, your security setup failed. You can't be sure if they have your personal data or not :)
Stealing data doesn't work only by capaturing your keystrokes.
Yes. My system was compromised, hence I rely on layered security.
Thing is, I've had experience in past where I have found extremely well made and hard to detect keyloggers infecting my computer, however, thanks to my luck, all of them were just keyloggers. I have found about 4 keyloggers on my PC, 2 of those times, my account were hacked, other 2 didn't manage to get access to my account, for which I award KeyScrambler.
Yes I know, however, with Lastpass, I feel I have that secured too.
Is there any hope of getting a working fix soon?
these days i replace KeyScrambler with free zemana antilogger, do the same thing but its free and it is not limited on specific number of application

The app does it's job great and just cares about what it intends to do. It is a ANTI-KEYLOGGER-SOFTWARE and not a complete ANTI-TROJAN-SOLUTION!!! Bear that in mind the next time you bitch about a programs functionality and it is not the job of the developer to care about the understanding of information given to the user. It is your mistake thinking to be save these days but this program is a good beginning, using it for years.
True story but there will be a fix out soon for v3.0.1.0 released today. Don't ask how I can know that. ;)

From what I've been reading... Zemana antilogger (free version) uses system wide encryption of keystrokes.
Apparently KeyScrambler is does this in X amount of programs?

Yeah while the encryption algo of Zemana is unknown it works syswide. Atleast, it is your choice which one to take. I use both, the Zemana Antilogger Pro and Keyscrambler Premium. It can be hard to decrypt RSA1024 keystrokes like it is used in the "not-so-good" KeyScrambler plus unknown encrypted Zemana stuff. :lol:

how to solve it:
close KeyScrambler or use the task manager to kill both proceses *KeyScrambler.exe*
open AppData\Roaming\QFX Software\KeyScrambler\Settings.ini and ProgramData\QFX Software\KeyScrambler\Settings.ini
delete all settings.ini files and restart KeyScrambler again
should work!
by the old settings the keyscrambler will not update new verification! the cracked dll makes it possible!! :lol:

Strangely i did try the x86.dll and that opens keyscrambler fine and it actually seems to work ?
i think the problem was found! bcoz the keyscrambler on 64 bit machine will also install x86 version too!! take care where you replacing the crcked dlls! the fixed dll x64 goes into x64 folder.

I shut down keyscrambler.
I removed the .dll to be replaced.
I have a x64 operating system, however keyscrambler is installed in x86 program files, so I dropped the x86 .dll into the keysrambler program folder
and started keyscrambler and it worked fine.

Ok heres what i do
Unistalled and deleted all files.
then
1. Install and dont reboot then close registration box
2. put x64 .dll into C:\Program Files (x86)\KeyScrambler\x64
3. open keyscrambler and im presented with registration box it asks for email and key
i have also tried putting the x64 .dll into C:\Program Files (x86)\KeyScrambler\ and still no luck this is what prompt me with error box.
but the x86 .dll works in this folder but im on x64 system !
do you want me to film it in a video ?

ahhhhhh i get it you have to use both .dlls so i should place the x64 in the x64 folder and the x86 in keyscramblers folder
i just assumed you use x86 on 32 bit system and x64 on 64 bit system didnt realise you use both just put both in and it works fine!

I run key scramble on windows start up then pop up msg requesting an internet connection , i close it, then my pc stop responding can not click anything..........BUT if i run key scramble AFTER connecting to the internet everything will work fine

I've installed v3.0.2.1 Premium on XP-32 with XenoCoder's fix.
It shows as registered, that's all good...However it will not remember Options choices between bootups.
Very annoying.
I set "Show splash screen" "Automatically check for new versions" and "Download and install updates (Pro/Premium)" to unchecked in options. After reboot they are all checkmarked "on" again.
Never have had this problem with any of the older KS versions I've used.

Now if we can get only get Newsleecher 5 working. I had 5.06 beta working before, however it doesn't seem to work now, it does work randomly at times, but most of the time i get a popup error now.
Same problem here. I've uninstalled the older version (2.9.3), used Ccleaner, deleted manually the folders at Application Data\QFX Software\, etc. but after reboot the program forgets my settings.

This issue was solved in KeyScrambler 3.1
KeyScrambler 3.1 is released:In my case the problem was the "Settings.ini" file in C:\Documents and Settings\xxxxxxxx\Application Data\QFX Software\KeyScrambler getting overwritten on every boot with the
default just-installed config.
I set that file to 'read only' and the problem stopped.
